Akij Particle Board Mills Ltd., seeks to appoint a Senior Executive – Sales Coordination, who will be responsible for optimizing the sales reporting and coordination process. The incumbent will generate sales reports, collect and analyze data, create dashboards, and develop visual presentations for Management. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and effective communication abilities to enhance sales performance tracking and strategic decision making. Key Roles:
Generate & analyze APBML sales reports to identify trends for management review.
Collect and validate sales data from multiple sources for real-time reporting.
Develop interactive dashboards in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to track sales metrics.
Create sales presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights.
Facilitate communication between the sales team and senior management.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights.
Improve sales coordination through best practices and innovative solutions.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to align strategies.
Maintain accurate and compliant sales documentation.
Process orders as per SOP, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Stay updated on APBML products, customer care, and administrative processes.
Assist in data acquisition for regional sales. Perform general data entry tasks.
Communicate with APBML internal and external stakeholders on distribution status.
