Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Experience
  • At least 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Textile
Additional Requirements
  • Age at most 35 years
  • Candidates having minimum 4 yrs. of hands-on relevant experience in Garments Production Planning in any reputed knit composite Garments factory are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates who are confident enough & ready to take the challenge to make optimum production planning by taking consideration of efficiency standard should apply.
  • The ideal candidate should have thorough knowledge on Planning Arena and have the capacity to make effective production planning and supply chain management to get desired output.
  • Should have strong analytical skills and reporting skills.

Responsibilities & Context

A renowned Knit Composite Garments of Bangladesh is looking for potential candidate for the position Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager (Production Planning) at its factory office near Mawna, Gazipur. The factory is producing 3.0 – 3.5 million pieces garments in each month.

The selected candidate will be responsible for

  • Making effective monthly Production Planning of the procured/received orders in consultation with Marketing, Merchandising, Work Study, Supply Chain, Production and other related departments of the company under the guidance of department head.   
  • He will have to ensure execution of the production plan effectively on daily/weekly/monthly basis with proper following up.
