Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Banks
Additional Requirements
  • Graduation/post-graduation in Management or HRM will be an added advantage.

  • Having HR related professional degree will be an added advantage.

  • Fresh Candidates need not to apply

  • Candidates having a break of services need not apply

  • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law (BLA) and Bangladesh Labor Rules (BLR)Sound knowledge of MS Package – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Attract talents and manage the hiring process in an effective manner

  • Reviewing job applications, conducting interviews, and hiring talents in an efficient and timely manner

  • Formulating and interpreting HR policies aligned with Bangladesh Labor Law, rules, and industry practice

  • Handling Disciplinary and grievance Issues in accordance with concerned policy, procedure, and regulatory compliance

  • Ensuring timely disposal of disciplinary and compliance-related decisions to concerned stakeholders

  • Designing and implementing new processes/tools for the beneficiary of the bank

  • Evaluate own system and policies in comparison to industry

  • Ensuring smooth separation of employees and calculating end services benefits in accordance with the concerned policy of the Bank

  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

  • Assisting the HRMIS unit by keeping and updating information in the system

  • Any other job/responsibility as and when assigned by the Management of the Bank
