Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law (BLA) and Bangladesh Labor Rules (BLR)Sound knowledge of MS Package – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Formulating and interpreting HR policies aligned with Bangladesh Labor Law, rules, and industry practice
Handling Disciplinary and grievance Issues in accordance with concerned policy, procedure, and regulatory compliance
Ensuring timely disposal of disciplinary and compliance-related decisions to concerned stakeholders
Designing and implementing new processes/tools for the beneficiary of the bank
Evaluate own system and policies in comparison to industry
Ensuring smooth separation of employees and calculating end services benefits in accordance with the concerned policy of the Bank
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Assisting the HRMIS unit by keeping and updating information in the system
Any other job/responsibility as and when assigned by the Management of the Bank
