Masters or Bachelor Degree in any Discipline and bachelor degree in hospitality Management.
Ensures Outstanding customer care at all times.
Approves assigned employee payroll documents, payables.
Directly supervises, and manages the business activity of the hotel.
Creates, monitors, and reviews a variety of business reports such as sales reports, inventory reports, budget reports
Meet or exceed Gross Operating Profit (GOP) and flow through goals.
Develop and monitor the performance of financial and operational plans/budgets and sales and marketing plans for the hotel which support the overall objectives of the corporation.
Achieve and maintain Overall Satisfaction Score (OSS) goals
Ensure that food and beverage profitability and revenue goals are met or exceeded by ensuring optimal use of banquet/outlet space and the cost effective management of the hotel's food and beverage outlets.
Achieve satisfactory results on internal audits and Controls Self-Assessment (CSA).
Actively promote employee participation in the Employee Satisfaction Pulse Survey (ESPS).
Maximize individual potential through a positive commitment to training and development and succession planning at all levels, in order to meet current and future hotel staffing demands addressing business issues.
Takes responsibility in the absence of the Hotel Manager and Assistant Hotel Manager.
Produces hotel front desk schedules
Participates in the budget and forecast reporting
Ensures time and attendance policies and payroll are accurately reflected.
Attends meetings as required.
Ensures front desk supplies are stocked and computer equipment functioning properly.
Oversees the business center and ensures the area is clean and guest ready at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
