Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience
  • 12 to 14 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
Additional Requirements
  • Age 34 to 54 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing retail operational policies and procedures manual.
  • Implement and maintain retail operational policies and procedures to incorporate a sales plan, cost control, shrinkage management and reduction, audit compliance and people management.
  • Contribute to future development at the strategic and operational levels.
  • Plan, identify, communicate and delegate key responsibilities and practices to the store management team to ensure smooth flow of retail operations.
  • Increase sales to maximize profitability while reducing costs through well-managed operational controls.
  • Drive sales and retail improvements through analysis and support.Review ongoing sales results versus targets and budget.
  • Identify potential risks in operations and category management and develop mitigation strategies to avoid disruptions.
  • Utilize technology and automation to enhance operational efficiency and improve category management processes.
  • Oversee the selection and development of products or services within the category, ensuring they meet customer demand and align with market trends.
  • Lead the category team and manage the strategic priorities and vision for the entire portfolio.
  • Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes and ensure to meet legal requirements and standards.
  • Collect consumption statistics and analyze the company’s supply chain strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating terms and ensuring quality standards.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting for category products and manage inventory to meet demand without overstocking.
  • Make high-level decisions that affect the organization’s operational and category performance, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy.
