Experience

  • Age at most 40 years
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building.

  • Must be good in English both Spoken and Written.

  • Must have industry knowledge and in-depth understanding of product and solution and awareness of competitors’ activities.

  • Comprehensive understanding of Government Procurement processes, Tender / RFP/ RFQ / EOI documentation, and e-GP portal operations.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and enhance sales funnels.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Exceptional organizational skills to ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.

  • Technical Training and Certification on Network Technology will be preferred.

  • Expertise in tender/Bid/RFQ management and revenue forecasting will be an advantage.


Responsibilities & Context

1. Strategic Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and engage with strategic customers based on the sales funnel maturity.

  • Conduct regular visits to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to their needs.

  • Build and nurture relationships with new strategic customers to expand the sales pipeline.

  • Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through consistent follow-up and engagement. 

2. Tender / RFQ / Proposal Submission and Documentation Compliance:

  • Understand the tender bidding process, requirements, and documentation screening protocols.

  • Familiarize and operate efficiently within the e-GP portal.

  • Lead the preparation and submission of tender documentation in collaboration with the team as per the process flow.

  • Oversee agreement renewals and ensure timely follow-ups with existing customers. 

3. Sales Funnel Optimization:

  • Assess the current state of the sales funnel, identifying areas for enhancement.

  • Define and implement lead qualification criteria to ensure high-quality prospects.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the sales experience and address gaps.

  • Collaborate with sales, presales, technical, service assurance, accounts and finance, Legal and supervisor as per the process and governance of the organization to develop accurate sales forecasts based on funnel performance.

  • Map the journey of existing and prospective strategic customers to optimize their engagement. 

 4. Sales Target Achievement and Revenue Assurance:

  • Leverage market insights to develop accurate revenue projections and align strategies with market conditions.

  • Create and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.

  • Monitor the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and mitigate risks of stagnation.

  • Align sales objectives with broader business goals to maximize organizational performance.
