Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor market trends, supplier conditions, and innovative practices to enhance procurement efficiency.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure optimal value for the organization.
Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations and ensure compliance with contracts.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Assess risks associated with procurement processes and develop mitigation plans.
