Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate and timely data entry in HR systems.
Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
Employee Relations: Assist in maintaining a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns and ensuring compliance with company policies.
HR Documentation & Reporting: Prepare HR reports and manage HR documentation related to recruitment, employee performance, and other HR functions.
