Experience

Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to ensure organizational growth, profitability and cost-effectiveness, while achieving business target of retail liability products i.e CASA, Term Deposit, MIS and DPS.

  • Responsible for customer activation, implementing cross selling strategies and understand customer’s needs.

  • Accountable for liability product penetration into retail banking customer base

  • Must have strong capability in driving processes that are compliant and customer focused.

  • Get involved with other pilot projects as decided by bank’s Management & introduce new ideas for ensuring its success.

  • Supervise the collection & recovery team to ensure healthy retail portfolio of the bank.

  • Set Asset & Liability Target for the Sales team & ensure good portfolio & increase its volume.

  • Closely supervise the Sales Managers to ensure procurement of quality asset & deposit booking

  • Make necessary training to educate people about banking products. Ensure its market expansion and increase customer base.

  • Supervise & monitor all channels of sales, business analyst team, product development team and other associate team.

  • Lead all Distribution channels to meet their target & achieve growth within projected time.

  • Increase Customer Base & Business growth by introducing new product or modifying existing products as well.

  • Find profitable new markets to develop new business ideas.

  • Take different initiatives for growth in Liability as well as Asset portfolio.
