Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience
  • 3 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Advertising Agency, Restaurant, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Tiles/Ceramic, Resort, Interior Design, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, School, Amusement Park
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context

Active Role with the Head of HR

  • Prepare reports and presentations on assigned themes for decision-making purposes.

  • Support implementation of HR functions to ensure smooth operations across the Group.

  • Contribute to selecting and aligning new HR projects with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with all HR functions to achieve overall departmental objectives.

  • Evaluate employee turnover and attrition data to reduce early turnover rates.

  • Perform engagement and absenteeism rate analysis to enhance organizational culture.

  • Generate and interpret key HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Perform other relevant actions assigned by HoHR as and when required.
