Active Role with the Head of HR
Prepare reports and presentations on assigned themes for decision-making purposes.
Support implementation of HR functions to ensure smooth operations across the Group.
Contribute to selecting and aligning new HR projects with organizational goals.
Collaborate with all HR functions to achieve overall departmental objectives.
Evaluate employee turnover and attrition data to reduce early turnover rates.
Perform engagement and absenteeism rate analysis to enhance organizational culture.
Generate and interpret key HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Perform other relevant actions assigned by HoHR as and when required.
