Masters / Bachelor degree in any discipline.
MBA in HRM will get preference.
Must have standard expertise over Power Point presentation.

To identify training needs for new and existing employees, prepare training modules and implement training programs in consultation with line management.
To build a training culture within the organization through arranging and facilitating necessary training to the employees.
To organize monthly & annual training budgets.
Planning, forming and implementing each year's training calendar, training materials of various departments by maintaining standards.
To identify the close gaps in existing staff members' skills through "Training Needs Assessment (TNA)".
To monitor & facilitate 'Orientation' sessions and arrange on-the-job training.
To measure employee information retention rates by issuing assessment tests and quizzes on course materials and making training courses pleasant.
To detect ROI of training.
