Plan sales and marketing in advance and on daily basis, Look for new opportunities through different channels
Provide weekly/monthly reports, including existing business and future business opportunities
Monthly business review with Management in order to ensure follow up, identify constraints and develop strategy
Frequent visit to new clients. Understand client needs, propose and quote rate based on their requirements.
Generate qualified sales leads.
Identify and target potential clients to expand the company's customer base.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of freight forwarding services.
Generate and submit regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in air and sea freight services.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
Actively achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Ensure excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns professionally.
Travelling Frequently both inside and outside Dhaka
