Requirements

Education
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Skills & Expertise:

  • Advance skill in Excel and Microsoft Office, Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation, Cash Flow Management, Financial Reporting, Tally ERP, VAT and Tax

  • Certifications (Preferred): CA (Partly Qualified), CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent Experience.

Experience
  • 3 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for Sr Executive- Accounts/Finance for the planning, implementing, managing and running of all the accounts & Finance activities.

  • Verify and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
  • Verify purchase requisitions; liaise with department's head to crosscheck the authenticity of requisition.
  • Ensure timely fund disbursement by issue bank cheques.
  • Proper fund management and issuance of bank cheque accordingly.
  • Develop management reporting/ analytical tools/ key indicators for accounts and finance section.
  • Ensuring all day to day implementation of program's finance related tasks.
  • Coordinate internal audits and assist the manager in running audits.
  • Manage Accounting assistants and bookkeepers.
  • Support month-end and year-end close process.
  • Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements based on Organizational Needs.
  • Maintaining liaison with Clients, Tax Department, Company Finance Advisor & Auditor and deal Company tax issues.
  • Performing any other duty as directed by the Management.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. 
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights for decision-making.  
  • Payroll & Expense Management Process payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration. 
  • Monitor and control business expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness. 
  • Implement financial controls to prevent fraud and ensure data accuracy.
