Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors

  • Degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management or relevant field

Experience
  • At least 5 years
Additional Requirements
  • Age at most 50 years
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must have good understanding of English and Bengali.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Supervise work at all levels (restaurants & hotel employees, office employees, receptionists, kitchen staff, maids etc.)

  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop and implement security protocols for the protection of personnel, property, and company assets

  • Coordinate with various departments for smooth logistics operations and handle legal affairs related to contracts, agreements, and disputes

  • Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model

  • Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits

  • Communicate with customers when appropriate

  • Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc.

  • Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
