Bachelor/Honors, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.
Prior experience in sales and marketing, client relationship management, or a similar role in interior service is preferred.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client communications effectively.
A proactive attitude and dedication to providing exceptional client support.
Must have basic computer knowledge (MS office & computer operating)

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received via Messenger, WhatsApp, and paid campaign engagements.
Monitor and address comments and messages on social media platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Make follow-up phone calls to potential leads, nurturing relationships to convert them into clients.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout project execution, providing updates, coordinating tasks, and delivering exceptional after-sales service.
Accurately record all client interactions, feedback, and relevant details to enhance customer relationship management.
