Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience
  • 3 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
  • Convert leads into successful property sales through effective negotiation and client engagement.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and brokers to drive repeat business and referrals.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable real estate properties.
  • Provide detailed property presentations, site visits, and investment insights.
  • Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups with potential buyers.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
  • Analyze client feedback and market demand to enhance sales approaches.

Team Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
  • Lead, train, and mentor junior sales executives (for Sales Manager role).
