Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)/Masters of Science (MSc) in Applied Chemistry / Environmental engineering/ Chemical engineering/ Molecular engineering/ Biochemical engineering.

  • Any reputed Public or Private University.

Experience
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Trading or Export/Import
Additional Requirements
  • Age 30 to 35 years
  • Excellent communication.

  • Interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in business for Sewage treatment plant(STP)/Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)/Water treatment plant (WTP) Project.

  • Develop and implement short/long term strategic marketing plans, sales plans.

  • Forecast to achieve company's sales target and objectives for both products & services.

  • Foreign Principal Communication, Build strong relation, Prepare agreement and sourcing opportunity.

  • To coordinate, prepare documents in relation to Govt. tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications; Regular KOL visit and set up meeting with potential Clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify target customer and evaluate customer needs.

  • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning Responsible for sales team building, sales target achievement through the team's monitoring and sets performance goals accordingly.

  • Builds and Maintain a department structure, operating standard and ensure the right people at right place and adaptable to evolving business needs.

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in Industrial Equipment market.

  • Market assessments, sales trends analysis and product and sales movements to ensure development of a robust business plan and its implementation.

  • Required to submit reports to the MD/CEO and also discuss in any kind of business promotional cost/financial disbursement for achieving the goal. Make report on sales, forecast, product base market position, new product introduce and how to increase market in a position.
