To serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
To ensure reception area is tidy and organized in perfect manner.
To answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
To receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
To maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
To monitor visitor's logbook and issue visitor card.
To update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is a plus.
To execute other official task, assigned by management time to time.
