Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience
  • 1 to 3 years
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Age 20 to 24 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • To serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.

  • To ensure reception area is tidy and organized in perfect manner.

  • To answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.

  • To receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.

  • To maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.

  • To monitor visitor's logbook and issue visitor card.

  • To update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is a plus.

  • To execute other official task, assigned by management time to time.
