Requirements

Education
  • BBA/MBA or relevant degree from a reputed institution.
Experience
  • 2 to 3 years

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data management.
  • Goal-driven with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within set deadlines.

  • Generate and manage leads through field visits, calls, and other channels.

  • Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Maintain and update client data accurately in the company's CRM system.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports on performance and opportunities.

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
