Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, directing calls, and assisting with basic banking information.
Handle routine administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing appointments.
Manage and monitor the front desk area to ensure it is always organized and presentable.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and follow banking procedures.
