Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
  • Age 22 to 32 years
  • Fresh Graduates or Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or front desk roles are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • A professional, courteous, and positive attitude.

  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and respect.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Knowledge of banking operations is an advantage (for experienced candidates).


Responsibilities & Context

As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing the bank's professionalism and customer service standards. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations at the front desk and assist in various administrative duties.

  • Greet and welcome clients, customers, and visitors with a professional demeanor.

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, directing calls, and assisting with basic banking information.

  • Handle routine administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing appointments.

  • Manage and monitor the front desk area to ensure it is always organized and presentable.

  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and follow banking procedures.

  • Assist in coordinating meetings and other banking operations as required.
