Education
  • HSC, Bachelor/Honors
Experience
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Advertising Agency, Real Estate, Developer
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Age 20 to 32 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests and clients Greeting and Welcoming Visitors.
  • Managing Phone Calls, Answer, screen and direct incoming calls. Take messages and provide information to callers as needed.
  • Handling Check-Ins and Check-Outs and facilitate the check-in and check-out processes for guests, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Scheduling Appointments like as Coordinate and schedule appointments for management and staff, managing calendars effectively.
  • Managing Correspondence with all eternal or external staffs.
  • Providing Information about the organization’s services, facilities, or local attractions and assist with inquiries as needed.
  • Maintaining Front Desk Appearance, Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized and presentable at all times.
  • Customer Service and address guest complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support like as Provide general administrative support, including filing, faxing, photocopying and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordination and Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
  • Monitor the front entrance for safety and security, reporting any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
  • Assist in training new front desk staff and help with their onboarding process.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly regarding privacy and confidentiality.
