The ideal candidate wiith HSC/Graduate should have at least 10 years of relevant work experience as a Sample Garment Technician in any buying House or production factory.
Strong Knowledge of pattern grading, CAD marker, fabric construction, fabric quality, tests, seam strength & shrinkage performance etc.
He Should have experience in both Knit and Woven, pattern making, quality control / audit, basics on recommended sample and wash garments and experienced in CAD manual pattern amendment, pre-production technical and quality management etc.
He should have thorough knowledge about garment measurement and ability to brief the total technical issues of the recommended sample to the buyers, management and non-technical people. Advance level skill in CAD SOFTWARE and IT specially in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook etc.
