Deal with client inquiries regarding airlines / flights
Communicate with clients to provide travel services
Respond to clients via online & offline channels
Create travel itineraries with flights & other travel services
Book flights using different platforms like GDS & Other systems
Keep sales records & report sales information
Visa or tour package knowledge will be plus point
Execute all GDS major commands in Sabre / Travelport /Amadeus & NDC platforms (Book, reissue, issue, split / merge, refund, ancillary, EMD)
Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by administration
