Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Candidate should have Bike Driving License.

Sajeeb Group is going to hire some Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to take the overall responsibility of Sales in the assigned region. Candidate should have minimum 1 year experience as a RSM in any reputed food & beverage manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
Achieving Sales target.
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales target.
Distribute Daily Sales target and achieve it.
Assigning, coaching, and motivating sales staffs.
To analyze manpower demand and lesion with HRM Department & National Sales Team on manpower issue.
Movement scheduling of sales staffs and monitoring their movement.
Counseling and disciplining sales staffs in assigned region.
Visit dealer point regularly.
