Requirements

Education
  • Preferably Masters or MBA in Marketing (Level of education may be relaxed in case of experienced candidates).

Experience
  • 7 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Requirements
  • Age 35 to 50 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): FMCG/Group of Companies.

  • In-depth knowledge about FMCG sales system/ modern trade and market penetration strategy.

  • Comprehensive knowledge about establishing distribution networks and business introduces.

  • Hands on experience in effective product launching and re-lunching process/ activities.

  • Ability to lead a large team productively through coaching and guiding.

  • Candidates having experience in FMCG (food) sales are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Candidate must have selling experience in reputed food industries.

  • Positive attitude to work in an aggressive as well as competitive market.

Job Context

ENA Food & Beverage Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Regional Sales Manager contributing to the company's success and reputation and also able to lead and manage a team to reach company's goal.

Job Responsibilities

  • Planning and execution of sales strategy considering current market trend, consumer behavior and annual business plan for the demarcated segment as well as individual sales personnel in consultation with reporting authority.

  • Analyze and ensure monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target.

  • Monitor and coordinate the activities of the Area Sales Manager, Area Sales Executive & Territory Sales Officers and Distributors.

  • Maximize unit wise sales achievement.

  • Propose different plans to minimize cost and maximize profit.

  • Monitor the activities of the competitors & set suitable sales strategies in the assigned area.

  • Hold responsibility for a certain sales growth rate of each territory under his/her purview.

  • Help territory in-charge in setting dealer and sub-dealer, analyzing dealer-wise sales trend and growth adding or deleting dealer.

  • Checking tour program & TA/DA bill of AM, ASE & TSO.

  • Distributor fund monitoring (IMS vs. Lifting).

  • Identify and develop potential market, dealer, distributor etc. based on assigned target.

  • Meet the company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution with extended standard skill, capability and customer focus.

  • Maintain strong liaison with all channel partners within the assigned region.

  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.
