Education

Experience
  • At least 8 years

    Manufacturing (FMCG), Chemical Industries, Cement Industry, Paint

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve volume and revenue targets.

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities and markets to increase brand presence.

  • Manage and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

  • Drive sales growth through channel partners and retail outlets.

  • Appoint, develop, and manage distributors and channel partners to optimize coverage.

  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and business stakeholders.

  • Drive credit control measures to minimize outstanding payments and bad debts.

  • Conduct regular sales reviews and provide coaching to optimize team output.
