Minimum10 years’ experience working in a Rice Bran refinery plant.
Ability to understand and follow complex instructions and procedures
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and regulate refinery processes, including temperature, pressure, flow rate, and chemical composition.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment malfunctions and process disturbances.
Collect and analyze data from process control systems to ensure optimal refinery performance and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain a safe work environment.
Document and maintain accurate records of refinery operations and maintenance activities.
