Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience
  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Engineering Firms, HVAC System
Additional Requirements
  • Age 28 to 37 years
  • Few years of experience in a construction project and work experience in Japanese company. [Highly preferable]
  • Experience in project coordination, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a background in mechanical/electrical engineering and proven experience in construction project coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Quotation checking: Review and verify project quotations for accuracy and completeness.
  • Execution Budget checking : Monitoring project execution budgets
  • Documentation: Manage all project-related documentation. Ensuring documents are properly filed, organized, and readily accessible. • Data Management: Maintain and update project information in the server, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit timely tender reports. Create comprehensive weekly project reports, summarizing progress, challenges, and key metrics. • Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers and the country manager, providing regular updates and addressing any project-related issues.
  • Other duties: Visit our project site occasionally. And work assigned by the higher management.
