A bachelor’s degree in Geography, Disaster Management, International Relations, or a related field from a reputed University is mandatory.
Previous experience of 1-2 year in DRR/ green and water solution-related activities/climate action project is preferred
Communication and networking with multi-sectoral actors.
Excellent facilitation skills.
Good report writing skill in both Bangla and English.
Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Internet browsing is required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Proactive attitude, creativity, and willingness to contribute ideas and initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
