Experience

  • Familiarity with the EduTech industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in identifying market demands and sourcing relevant courses and instructors.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with industry experts and instructors effectively.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to maintain course content with precision.
  • Creative mindset and passion for staying updated on educational trends.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Modality: Permanent ( Probationary period for the first months)

Working hours: 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Course Identification:   

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and demands in the education sector.
  • Discover and evaluate potential new courses that align with market needs and learner interests.

Instructor Recruitment:

  •  Identify and engage industry experts and experienced instructors for course development.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with instructors to ensure a collaborative and productive partnership.

Course Module Development: 

  • Work closely with the instructor to design interactive and learner-friendly course content in line with our platform goals.
  • Ensure course content meets industry standards and remains dynamic and up-to-date.

Content Maintenance: 

  • Regularly update course content to align with industry requirements and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with instructors to implement changes and improvements to enhance the learning experience.

Feedback Collection and Continuous Course Improvement:

  • Create a system for collecting feedback from students and analyzing the data for valuable insights.
  • Collaborate with instructors to implement updates and enhancements based on student feedback.
  • Strive for continuous improvement to enhance the overall learning experience.
