Responsibilities & Context

  • Product Development: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company objectives, market trends, and customer needs for IT Products like - RAM, SSD, Mother Board, Power Supply, Scanner, Finger Print Devices, Attendance Devices, CCTV, Pen Drive, etc.
  • Regular Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify key market trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth within IT Products like - RAM, SSD, Mother Board, Power Supply, Scanner, Finger Print Devices, Attendance Devices, CCTV, Pen Drive, etc.
  • Product Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and innovations for IT Products like - RAM, SSD, Mother Board, Power Supply, Scanner, Finger Print Devices, Attendance Devices, CCTV, Pen Drive, etc. product roadmap based on customer feedback, market research, and technology trends.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical guys, and sales teams to drive product development, ensure timely delivery, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate customer insights into product planning and development processes.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, benchmark product performance, and identify opportunities to differentiate the IT Products like - RAM, SSD, Mother Board, Power Supply, Scanner, Finger Print Devices, Attendance Devices, CCTV, Pen Drive, etc. product portfolio in the market.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality and reliability by defining and implementing rigorous testing processes, quality standards, and performance benchmarks for IT Products like - RAM, SSD, Mother Board, Power Supply, Scanner, Finger Print Devices, Attendance Devices, CCTV, Pen Drive, etc.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, distribution channels & commercials, and marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and market share growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and collateral to effectively sell IT Products like - RAM, SSD, Mother Board, Power Supply, Scanner, Finger Print Devices, Attendance Devices, CCTV, Pen Drive, etc. products and achieve sales targets.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction, and continuously optimize product strategies and tactics to maximize business impact and profitability.
