Provide strategic leadership and direction for the institute.
Oversee academic programs, Ensure high-quality teaching and technical initiatives.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.Supervise faculty recruitment, training, and professional development.
Build strong partnerships with industry, BTEB, and other educational organizations.
Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
Enhance student support services, career guidance, and extracurricular activities.
Implement policies and regulations in compliance with educational authorities.
Promote innovation, technology adoption, and continuous institutional improvement.
