Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and manage plant operations with a strong focus on team building, decision-making, and people management.
Oversee the proper operation and maintenance of LPG pumps, compressors, blowers, diesel engines, mounded storage vessels, fire-fighting systems, and other critical equipment.
Ensure smooth execution of front-end engineering design (FEED) work for plant operations.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, maintenance, and security in all plant activities.
Optimize plant operational costs while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
Drive financial discipline in plant operations and monitor budget adherence.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
