Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum graduation in science from any reputed university·   

  • Candidates with professional education in secretarial science will be given preference.

Experience
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office.    

  • Proactive and Time Management skills.

  • Flexible to work under pressure.      

  • Good written and verbal skills in English.

  • Intellect and trustworthiness.

  • Proficiency in English and Bengali typing.


Responsibilities & Context

  • To maintain and monitor day-to-day Management activities.

  • To be work as first point of Contact.

  • To prepare daily work schedules and appointments·

  • To organizing meeting and prepare meeting minutes and to take follow up actions.

  • Professionally maintain records and documentations·

  • Expertise to communicating emails, attend phone calls and other related activities
