Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle all correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
Organize and oversee logistics for meetings, events, and business trips.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by the Managing Director.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Assist in event planning, office coordination, and special projects.
Monitor and follow up on action items assigned by the Managing Director.
Perform any other duties as assigned to support the executive office’s efficiency.
