Bengal Airlift Limited (GSA for Several Airlines) is looking for potential candidates for Reservation & Ticketing Department under different Airline Division.
Manage the ticketing function for the Roundhouse, ensuring a high-performing ticketing service, maximizing revenue across all channels, and ensuring excellent internal communications flow with appropriate teams across the organization.
Deliver a high level of customer service at all times including responding to inquiries from patrons regarding ticket needs, complaints, and other issues.
Achieve sales volume and profit targets as assigned by different local and foreign airliners, retaining maximum commissions and expanding the bottom line.
Achieve the incentive targets as set by various GDS systems, such as Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo.
Ensure timely customer support and feedback, making quotations doing reservations and ticketing for a corporate client, on-time preparation of daily sales, refund, and re-issue reports as required.
Ensure on-time updates on the software booking information.
Prepare sales statement for Airline.
