Experience

  • Should have experience in woven jackets (padded, down, quilted) & familiar with lectra software.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop, implement and enforce CAD standards and organize the CAD environment.
  • Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers' orders/styles using CAD.
  • Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
  • Correspond with merchandisers to give marker consumption (external) and for booking fabric.
  • Verify & check the patterns to ensure accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
  • Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.
  • Provide training and supervise in-house CAD users.
  • Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
  • Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
  • Establish and sustain all buyer’s technical requirements.
  • After receiving the Tech pack’s from Merchandisers, then doing the pattern making, marker & consumption and send to respective dept. for costing purpose.
  • Based on fabrics construction to prepare a molded pattern for fabrics booking & production.
  • To amend pattern when required to production.
  • To making pattern as per fabric shrinkage report for sample & production.
  • Making Mini marker with summarize report as per buyer requirements.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in CAD software (Lectra) usage and Pattern making & marker-making techniques.
