Develop and nurture profitable relationships with commercial and institutional clients, identifying opportunities to cross-sell products to both current and prospective clients.
Design and implement sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue, increasing margins, and driving business growth.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and support overall company growth.
Prepare reports such as sales performance, and target vs. achievement, and submit them regularly to the department head.
Lead the forecasting, planning, organization, and management of a sales team.
Create and maintain a corporate customer database to ensure timely and effective communication.
