Position Summary:
Bangladesh Specialized Hospital PLC (BSH) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Officer for our Finance & Accounts Department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to the financial operations of a leading healthcare institution. As an Officer in the Finance & Accounts team, you will play a key role in preparing financial statements, managing cash controls, handling payroll and personnel administration, processing purchases, and maintaining accounts payable. This position requires accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently and accurately process cash register transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments.
Oversee daily balancing and reconciliation of office accounts, and manage daily bank deposits.
Financial Record Keeping: Record all bank transactions, including checks and online deposits, ensuring data integrity.
Coordinate with the relevant officers to ensure timely processing of payments to suppliers.
Accurately enter payments received from suppliers, cafeteria, and pharmacy into designated databases.
Transfer income activities into accounting applications and ensure accurate data entry.
Record returned checks in the accounting system and follow up as necessary.
Maintain detailed logs of daily receipts and petty cash balances.
Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
