Ensure detailed market searching and survey to find target customers for timely on-boarding on the basis of market potentiality with organization rating processes.
Prepare an action plan and drive to achieve SKU wise daily, weekly & monthly sales targets.
Visit, collect and monitor the sales order from the existing dealer to meet the sales target and align them with company processes and procedures for on time delivery.
Ensure frequent visit of potential dealers for new business opportunities as well as market creation and extension in the blank market.
Ensure a periodic visit to all the poultry, fish, cattle farms to build a strong relationship with all the farmers.
Ensure necessary after sales service & technical support to the farmers for confirming their retention at 100% by resolving all complaints/queries and taking guidance from the supervisor where required.
Collect product performance data and make written summary reports and compare to competitors products on a weekly basis for further improvement.
Collect and share the competitor's information regarding prices, policies, offers, sales & marketing strategies with the supervisor to take necessary action where required.
Collect customer feedback and provide to the supervisor/ management about the present scenario and future feed market trends and prospects to facilitate decision-making.
Review the progress status of new products and share the market feedback with the supervisor/management.
Ensure promotional activities to aware customers, promote products & company information to convert them as customers.
