Education

Experience
  • 2 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Hospital, Diagnostic Centre
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.

  • Handle appointment scheduling and patient registration.

  • Address patient queries and ensure prompt resolution.

  • Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information.

  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless patient care.
