Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Age 24 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s services, policies, and facilities.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of front-office activities.
  • Provide administrative support to HR, Admin, and other departments as needed.
  • Ensure prompt and effective communication with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and stationery inventory.
  • Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training, and meetings.
