Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience
  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Computer literacy on Microsoft office, Google Workspace·       

  • Candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English.   

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex application materials and make informed decisions.

  • Detail-oriented and organized to manage large volumes of applications and deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of admissions procedures, policies, and relevant regulations.

  • Understanding of the educational landscape and different academic programs.


Responsibilities & Context

  •  Application review: Thoroughly examining student applications, including transcripts, test scores, essays, letters of recommendation, and other supporting documents to assess academic performance and potential fit with the institution. 

  • Interviewing applicants: Conducting in-person or virtual interviews with prospective students to gain a deeper understanding of their motivations, interests, and suitability for the program.  

  • Help in Decision making: Evaluating applications based on established admissions criteria and making informed decisions regarding acceptance, rejection, or waitlisting. 

  • Maintaining records: Accurately tracking application data, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete, and managing applicant information within the admissions system. 

  • Recruitment and outreach: Participating in school fairs, contacting prospective students, and providing information about the admissions process to potential applicants. 

  • Compliance with regulations: Adhering to all applicable admissions policies, guidelines, and reporting requirements. 

  • Collaboration with colleagues: Working with other admissions staff, faculty members, and counselors to assess applicants and make holistic admissions decisions. 

  • Other adhoc responsibilities assigned by the managment.
