Education
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting & Information System, Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Finance & Banking
Experience
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care
Additional Requirements
  • Age 24 to 32 years

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary :

Manage all sales, accounts and admin operation related tasks for the organization, including sales, invoicing, vat, payments, and expenses.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales & Invoicing : Manage B2B sales, issue invoices, and track online, D2C and corporate sales.
  • Credit Collections: : Received cash & deposit, track bank and MFS payments.
  • End-of-Month Ops : Close the month like a pro, making sure everything matches up.
  • Payroll : Handle payroll – no slip-ups.
  • Logistics : Ensure smooth courier and delivery operations.
  • Reconciliations : Bank, cash, MFS, and expenses – everything needs to balance.
  • VAT & Taxes : Calculate VAT, file VAT returns – no mistakes.
