Job Summary :

Manage all sales, accounts and admin operation related tasks for the organization, including sales, invoicing, vat, payments, and expenses.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Invoicing : Manage B2B sales, issue invoices, and track online, D2C and corporate sales.
Credit Collections: : Received cash & deposit, track bank and MFS payments.
End-of-Month Ops : Close the month like a pro, making sure everything matches up.
Payroll : Handle payroll – no slip-ups.
Logistics : Ensure smooth courier and delivery operations.
Reconciliations : Bank, cash, MFS, and expenses – everything needs to balance.
VAT & Taxes : Calculate VAT, file VAT returns – no mistakes.
