Requirements

Experience
  • At least 2 years

  • Proficiency in MS Office and the use of Internet

  • Methodical approach to work and high level of attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to work and commitment to good service

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role is preferable

Responsibilities & Context

  • Support to develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding plans and activities
  • Contribute insight and expertise to assist with campaign planning, monitoring and evaluation
  • Organize and participate in recruitment, outreach activities and to represent the organization
  • Develop effective outreach materials, including digital content and hard copy materials
  • Provide high-quality information, advice, and guidance to prospective candidates
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, outcomes and recommendations for development
  • Issue Employment offer and Employment letters to the selected candidates
  • Prepare monthly report on onboarding and update database accordingly
  • Complete software entries of the new joiners
  • Support to shortlist candidates and arrange interviews accordingly
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Management
