Bachelor’s degree (Honors) or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

3 to 5 years of experience in administration or human resources.
Experience in the following business areas is preferred: Group of Companies, Factory or large conglomerates.
Advanced knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll management systems.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Lead manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Draft, review, and oversee HR-related documents, including job descriptions, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and performance appraisal reports.
Develop and implement strategic HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Facilitate employee grievance resolution and counseling to maintain positive employee relations.
Coordinate and oversee performance review processes and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, governmental regulations, and company policies.
Manage attendance software and payroll systems efficiently.
Supervise training and development programs to meet organizational goals.
Oversee administrative tasks, including cleanliness, housekeeping, and logistical support for the production floor.
Ensure smooth leave management and operations.
Manage wage and salary distribution processes, including pay slip issuance.
Provide strategic administrative support and report to Management as needed.
