Experience:

  • 4-5 years of proven experience in media buying, with a strong track record of managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter. 

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter advertising platforms.
  • Expertise in media planning, budget optimization, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Twitter Ads Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
  • Experience with A/B testing, ad performance optimization, and campaign reporting tools.
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising and advanced bidding strategies.

OutNet, a leader in e-commerce and digital innovation, is seeking a skilled Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter. This role focuses on creating impactful ad strategies, optimizing budgets, and maximizing ROI by targeting the right audience and achieving measurable results.

The position requires strategic planning, creative collaboration, and data-driven decision-making, with a strong understanding of platform-specific advertising trends and technologies.The Media Buyer will align campaigns with marketing goals and work with teams to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions.

Media Buyer is a Full-time, Remote position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to each platform (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter) to achieve marketing objectives
  • Conduct market research to understand audience behavior, preferences, and emerging trends.
  • Set clear campaign goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms to maximize reach and engagement
  • Optimize campaign budgets to ensure cost-effective ad spend while maintaining quality.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences.
  • Utilize advanced audience targeting techniques, including demographic, behavioral, and interest-based targeting.
  • A/B test ad creatives, formats, and audiences to identify the most effective combinations.
  • Track and analyze campaign data using platform-specific tools and third-party analytics platforms.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Use data to forecast campaign outcomes and inform future strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest features, tools, and advertising policies of Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines and industry standards.
  • Identify and leverage new advertising opportunities within each platform.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and deliverables.
  • Communicate campaign progress and outcomes to management and stakeholders effectively.
