B.Sc. in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering from any reputed Institute
Minimum 02 years' experience in relevant field is preferable
Training on International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Leadership will be an added advantage
Good communication, analytical & interpersonal skill
Sound computer literacy in MS Office

Ensure timely execution of production schedules along with production target
Optimize the use of equipment, materials & manpower to meet quality and cost targets
Recommend changes in workflow, operation & equipment to maximize production efficiency
Prepare and maintain production reports, along with machine performance
Oversees the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand
