Review, evaluate and interpret scientific literature for product health claims/benefits and for dosing specific and best ingredients.
Conduct sensory evaluation, analyze the data and report the result.
Develop new and/or reform existing food products based on bulletproof criteria and specifications.
Monitor product regulatory issues.
Estimate product cost nutritional profiles for developing items.
Monitor and keep record of stability testing of new products and the modified one.
Prepare documentation, control and review according to ISO 22000:2018.
Oversee process line and take corrective action where necessary according to ISO 22000:2018.
Monitor and keep update of all online QC related record and documents.
Identify and overcome barriers to successful product development.
Keep up to date with relevant scientific and technical development.
Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
