Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • B.Sc in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Food Engineering/Food Technology from any reputed university
Experience
  • At least 1 year
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Age at most 30 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Review, evaluate and interpret scientific literature for product health claims/benefits and for dosing specific and best ingredients.

  • Conduct sensory evaluation, analyze the data and report the result.

  • Develop new and/or reform existing food products based on bulletproof criteria and specifications.

  • Monitor product regulatory issues.

  • Estimate product cost nutritional profiles for developing items.

  • Monitor and keep record of stability testing of new products and the modified one.

  • Prepare documentation, control and review according to ISO 22000:2018.

  • Oversee process line and take corrective action where necessary according to ISO 22000:2018.

  • Monitor and keep update of all online QC related record and documents.

  • Identify and overcome barriers to successful product development.

  • Keep up to date with relevant scientific and technical development.

  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
