Requirements

Education
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments Accessories
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 45 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the field of INTERLINING Sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Create buyer for INTERLINING sales to 100% export oriented Garments Industry.
  • Create strategic plans to increase department productivity.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations Creating new customer, increase sales, Planning and carrying out direct marketing activities for achieve the plan.
  • Cooperate with customer's problem, relationship development with existing & new customers as well.
  • Create new business partnerships to look for development and growth prospects.
  • Provide direction and comments to employees to help them improve their knowledge and skills in areas that need improving.
  • Responsible for Market research, product development, pricing, communication, acquisition, markets planning, competitor's information, market demands etc.
  • Understand local industries, customers and competition and meet the demand of the customers.
  • Review and enhance organizational effectiveness through designing processes and supervising personnel.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new hires to turn them into successful employees.
  • Preparing and presenting reports to senior management.
  • Delegate duties to the most skilled team members and ensure that all rules, standards, and training programs are followed.
